In 2022, ERCO Worldwide created iBelong which is the company’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusivity Council. As part of that initiative, ERCO Worldwide Saskatoon created the ERCO Worldwide Bursary geared towards encouraging female Saskatchewan Indigenous youth who are considering a career in Chemical Technology, Power Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology or Instrumentation Engineering Technology.
