Welcome to Saskatchewan Polytechnic’s Student Awards Homepage!

Through the generous support of our donors and alumni, Saskatchewan Polytechnic proudly offers funding opportunities for students enrolled in programs at our four campuses.

The 2026-2027 General Application will be accepting applications according to the following schedule:

Summer (July 15, 2026 – September 15, 2026) for students attending in the Fall. (Successful recipients from the Summer cycle will be notified of their award within the month of October)
Fall (October 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026)
Winter (January 10, 2027 – February 15, 2027)
Apprenticeship (September 15, 2026 – June 15, 2027)

How To Apply:

1. Sign in using your Saskatchewan Polytechnic student login and password, and complete the General Application. This information is used to automatically match you to many of our student award opportunities. If you have already completed your General Application in the current academic year, please confirm that all information entered is correct and up to date.
2. Any additional opportunities requiring further details will be identified as “Recommended Opportunities” and will require you to provide additional information.
3. Once you have completed your General Application and any Recommended Opportunities, you can click on “My Applications” to view all the opportunities you have applied for. You will receive an email stating that your application was accepted. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folder.
4. To make changes to your applications, you can update your General Application, or click on “Update” under the Recommended Opportunity. You can make changes until 11:59 p.m. of the deadline date.

Please note – You will be considered for all of the opportunities listed under “Current” on the “My Applications” tab, but you are not guaranteed to receive an award. If there are any opportunities that still require attention once the application cycle is closed, your application for that opportunity will not be considered.

Successful applicants will be notified by email within 4 weeks of the cycle’s closing date.
