Saskatchewan Knights of Columbus Charitable Foundation Award

Be enrolled full-time in any program 17 weeks or more in length at Saskatchewan Polytechnic Moose Jaw Campus. Be a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Columbian Squires, or be the spouse, child or grandchild of member (living or deceased) of the Knights of Columbus or the Columbian Squires. Must provide proof of membership of the Knights of Columbus or Columbian Squires or proof of spouse’s, parent’s or grandparent’s membership. Proof of membership is to be provided by a scanned copy of the membership card, or a letter from a Knights of Columbus Council Financial Secretary or from a Catholic Priest or pastoral assistant confirming membership.

Financial Need (75% weighting). Academic Achievement (25% weighting).
