Be enrolled full-time in any Applied Certificate, Certificate, Diploma or Degree program at any Saskatchewan Polytechnic Campus. Be of self-declared Indigenous ancestry. Have lived in Northern Saskatchewan and attended a school administered by Northern Lights School Division #113 (this can include elementary and/or high school) sometime prior to attending Sask Polytechnic – applicants are to list the name of the community they lived in).

Academic Achievement (50% weighting). Financial Need (50% weighting).
