Be enrolled full-time in any trade or technology program 20 weeks or more in length, or in a program 20 weeks or more in length in which women are under-represented. Be female.

Academic Achievement (10% weighting). Financial Need (50% weighting). Career Goals (40% weighting)- students will give a brief description of goals they have specific to the program they are enrolled in. Preference given to a female student of self-declared indigenous ancestry. Indigenous ancestry includes Metis, Status/Treaty Indian, Non-Status Indian and Inuit.
